He completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore where he graduated with the Gold medal.

Board Member and Co-Founder, HAMA Europe, Senior Investment Manager, Union InvestmentFor over 15 years Theodor Kubak has held a series of operational hotel positions including Hotel General Manager in Austria, New Zealand and States of former Soviet Union. Further his track record in hotel investment and asset management spans over more than twenty years. Theodor enjoyed his education at Modul School for Hotel and Tourism in Vienna that was later complemented by a Cornell Certified Program for Hotel Investment and Asset Management. In Istanbul he founded a consulting group together with his wife in 1997 that successfully assisted private and institutional investors with their Investment-Transactions and Asset Management objectives – equally nationally and internationally. From 2007 onwards Theodor has been contributing at Union Investment Real Estate as a key player to establish a Hotel Investment and Asset Management strategy for a hotel portfolio of ca. 30 assets at the time. Since 2015 he has been concentrating on hotel investments outside of Europe taking leadership in structuring hotel transactions with institutional lease agreements in the US. To date he has been realizing hotel transactions globally at approx. USD 2bn. Theodor initiated and co-founded HAMA Europe, a Non-Profit-Organization representing the interests of hotel owners, investors and asset managers and acting as its first President until 2017.

Jonathan has held roles at COO, CBRE Hotels and Managing Director of and the major shareholder in TRI Hospitality Consulting, a position he held from 1996 up to the time that the firm was acquired by CBRE Hotels. Jonathan is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and of the Tourism Society, a member of the Editorial Board of Hospitality Magazine as well as a Patron of The Edge Hotel School. A graduate of the University of Surrey at which he has held posts of Industrial Fellow and Visiting Fellow, he returns to lecture undergraduates and postgraduates. He is also a frequent commentator on the industry in the press and broadcast media and a regular speaker, moderator and panelist at conferences.

This includes Starwood’s recent launch of The Principal Hotel Company, a leading UK hotel platform currently comprised of over 30 hotels and 5,000 rooms, following the firm’s acquisition and subsequent merger of three UK hotel companies in 2014 totaling over 50 hotels. His previous responsibilities included SCG’s ownership of Louvre Hotels, one of the largest hotel chains in Europe, comprised of over 1,000 hotels across more than 40 countries.

Anders was one of the initiators in the formation of Pandox and has served as the company’s CEO since its inception in 1995. Under Anders’ management Pandox has expanded from a narrow local and regional base in Sweden to a company with a well-diversified hotel property portfolio in some of the largest hotel markets in the world. Before joining Pandox Anders was Managing Director for Securum Hotel & Turism AB where he led the restructuring of Securum’s hotel property portfolio. Anders has a thorough knowledge of the hotel industry, with professional experience as hotel director for several hotels in Sweden, as well as a number of executive positions within the RESO organisation. Anders’ has a lifelong interest in handball and he is chairman of the organisation responsible for arranging international games and championships in Sweden.
