Rom Hendler

physical structure or employees, gadgets or servers, Innovel has innovation, intellect, and
flexibility at the core of its product. Innovel is structured as a coalition of established travel
brands that are strategically chosen and understand the vitality of innovation and its role to
the livelihood of their businesses.
Prior to Innovel Rom held several C-level roles with Las Vegas Sands, the world’s biggest
integrate resorts company.
Rom joined the Las Vegas Sands in 2000. Through many promotions Rom eventually held the
title of Senior Vice President & Chief Administration Officer till March 2016 When he left the
company. In that role Rom oversaw the global budgeting process, capital expenditures spent,
project management, financial reviews, corporate travel etc. In his role Rom drove process
enhancement, efficiencies, labor analysis, streamlines approvals and standardization of
operation procedures.
Prior to that he was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer overseeing Global Sales
& Marketing efforts worldwide from October 2010 to August 2013.
In December 2012, after the departure of Las Vegas Sands CIO, Rom was appointed interim
Chief Information Officer until July 2013 when a new CIO was hired, while keeping his CMO
In October 2009 he was appointed Corporate Vice President of Strategic Marketing,
responsible for developing best practices for marketing analytics, distribution strategies,
CRM, revenue management, e-commerce, loyalty programs, direct marketing, casino floor
optimization and standardization of marketing systems among all properties.
In 2007 he was appointed Vice President of Strategic Marketing for the entire complex
consisting of the Venetian and Palazzo 7,093 suite properties where he worked to maximize
profitability by setting the company’s distribution strategy, pricing the room and slot
inventories, forming strategic partnerships, using state-of-the-art database analysis,
optimizing the casino floor, and developing CRM and customer loyalty initiatives.
Rom speaks 5 languages - English, Hebrew, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Rom enjoys traveling & exploring new cultures with his family. His hobbies include skiing,
swimming sailing, biking and spending quality time with friends and family.
He is married and has three children.
