Positions in Associations:
President of AICA – Associazione Italiana Confindustria Alberghi (Italian Hotel Association of Confindustria)
Board member of Turismo Confindustria Padua
President and Auditor of ASTOI (Italian Tour Operator Association)
Vice President of EBIT (National Bilateral Agency for Tourism)
Board member of Federturismo (Italian Tourism federation of Confindustria)

After working for ten years as an administrative manager for a French-American multinational company operating in the food sector and in consideration of my passion for the world of tourism, I started my adventure with Club Mediterranee Italy as Director of Administration/Finance and Control first, and in 1998 I became Director General of Resorts for Italy and Legal Representative of the Company with operational responsibility over 7 facilities, for a total of about 8,000 beds and +/- 1,500 employees. In 2000 I took on the operational responsibility of Eastern Countries with an additional facility of about 1,000 beds and 150-200 employees.
In 2004 I was appointed General Manager Italy and Eastern Countries and managed a team of approximately 80 employees and in 2005 I took on the operational responsibility of three more facilities in Switzerland with approximately 1,500 beds and 500 employees.
Late 2009 I quit the Club to take up the position of Managing Director and General Manager of Hotelturist S.p.a., a Company that operates 12 hotels in Italy and Switzerland. After launching the brand TH Resorts, at present I am working to get to have at least twenty leisure facilities in Italy and abroad.
Meanwhile, I have always been active in Confindustria associations: initially with Assotour, which then merged into Astoi, and then in Aica, where I was appointed President in October 2012.
Currently, I am also Vice President of Ebit (appointed by the employers) and I attend with great assiduity Confindustria venues.
