Having gained 25 years of experience within the sector, working for a range of hotel groups including InterContinental Hotel Group, Starwood, Forte Hotels, Le Meridien hotels and resorts and private upscale organisations at General Manager and Regional Director level, Ben has the knowledge and expertise to identify operational strengths and weaknesses to create the necessary changes in order to achieve optimum business performance.

Ben and his team also have extensive experience in implementing capital investment programmes, creating maximum return on investment.

His teams at Vision are responsible for hotels across Europe looking after the interests of their clients in providing increased performance and improved return on investment.
