Raj Chandnani oversees Strategy for WATG. He provides a unique perspective on the hospitality industry, including consumer trends, tourism, and design innovation.

Chandnani is actively involved in the firm's strategy by identifying new market opportunities and forging strategic relationships. He also provides strategic consulting for proposed developments, including visioning, conceptualization and branding.

Prior to joining WATG, Chandnani was with CB Richard Ellis and PKF Consulting, where he focused on asset management, investment sales, financings and portfolio due diligence. He has taught classes on strategy, real estate finance, development and tourism at UCLA, USC, Cornell, and Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.
