Mark is a partner in SNR Denton’s Hotels and Leisure practice. He has a broad based hospitality practice representing hotel owners, developers, third-party operators, hospitality brands, and lenders in connection with the development and operation of hotel and leisure facilities around the globe. Mark’s practice focuses on the negotiation of management and licensing arrangements for a broad range of hotel and leisure facilities, including hotels, spas, golf courses, restaurants, and other recreational facilities and amenities.  Mark also focuses on the financing of hospitality properties, with a particular emphasis on the unique needs of hotel and resort properties as to SNDAs and cash management arrangements.

The Hotels and Leisure practice was recognized by Chambers and Partners as one of only two law firm practices in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 and one of only three law firm practices in 2007 to receive the "Band 1" national ranking--the best available--in the Leisure and Hospitality category of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business.
