Keith Evans is Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), where he manages various aspects of their global M&A activities. KHI is a leading international hotel and resort real estate investment company focused on emerging markets. It has a balanced portfolio of 22 hotels across 15 countries in the upscale and luxury market segments, operated by leading management companies such as Four Seasons, Fairmont, Raffles, Intercontinental and Movenpick.  

Previous to joining KHI, he worked as Acquisitions Manager within the hotel fund management team of Invesco Real Estate (IRE) where he focused on European hotel investments. While at IRE, he participated in the acquisition and debt financing of a ca. $1.2bn multi-branded portfolio of 22 hotels, as well as the successful launch of its 2nd hotel fund. During his 8 years experience in the hotel sector, he also held roles in operations management with Four Seasons in the US and hotel investment advisory with T&L Advisors in Barcelona.

Keith holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
