Peter is a founding director of Leisure Dreams, a multinational advisory and agency firm, with activities not only in Europe, but also in the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean. He was, previously, the Partner in Charge of the Hotel and Leisure team at King Sturge, Vice-President Corporate Development for Hilton International, and Senior Vice-President Development for Holiday Inns Inc.

He has nearly 30 years experience in the hotel sector, and specializes in mixed use developments, financial structuring, operator selection and operator contract negotiation on behalf of developers and financiers.
