In 2001 Clive Hillier co-founded Vision, forming a company that would offer specialist and independent advice to investors within the hospitality sector.

Following an international career in hospitality, including the positions of Vice President of Corporate Development at Hilton International and Director of Development at MWB Group Plc, Clive recognized the need for an organisation that could support the investment decisions of individuals and businesses across Europe and the Middle East.

Clive’s role in the development and acquisition of a wide range of hospitality assets, including the purchase of Malmaison by the MWB Group and developments such as Marriott Hotel Park Lane, Hilton Copenhagen, Hilton Cardiff and Radisson Glasgow has provided him with a wealth of invaluable experience that is now used for the benefit of Vision’s clients.

Having led the team in negotiating more than 80 hotel management agreements, Clive has unrivalled experience in dealing with the details that are so important in driving cash to the investors accounts.

As a leading authority on hospitality asset management, Clive and his team at Vision have helped their clients to drive improved performance, protect cash flow, increase returns on their investments and make well-informed capex and commercial decisions in a complex and specialist sector.
