Níall Kelly is Vice President of Development (EAME) for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. based in Brussels, Belgium.  In this role, Níall is responsible for the growth of Starwood’s brands in Europe.  This function incorporates the full range of development activities from franchise and management contract negotiation through individual asset and portfolio acquisitions.  Níall joined Starwood in London in 1998 having worked as a Senior Consultant for Arthur Anderesen’s Hospitality Advisory Group based in New York, USA.  Prior to this, Níall worked in various operational positions.

Níall has the following qualifications:  MA, Dublin University, Ireland; MBA, IMHI (Cornell-ESSEC), Paris, France; B.Sc. (Mngt), Dublin University, Ireland; H.Dip (Hotel & Catering), Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland
