Pierre Lagrange

Senior Vice President Marketing & Development

Pierre Lagrange, 42 years old, is a graduate of the Grenoble Ecole de Management (France) and from the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA).

 After working in the mass distribution industry, in the business operations department of Mars, Pierre joined Accor in 1994 as Sales Manager of the Novotel Grenoble Centre.

In 1996, he is appointed General Manager of the hotel Mercure Arras Centre. Between 1999 and 2001, he managed operations of Accor Hospitality in Normandy, then in the Alps and Pyrenees (mountains region).

 Later, Pierre joins the worldwide training center of Accor –The Accor Academy- as Training Director, in charge of marketing, sales and management. 

In 2006, he becomes Product & Services Director for Novotel Global Marketing. In 2009 he is promoted to Senior Vice President Marketing & Development for Novotel and Suite Novotel.

In 2011, within the framework of Accor strategic project aimed at federating its economy brands around ibis, Pierre is nominated Senior Vice President Marketing & Development for ibis, ibis Styles (ex all seasons) and ibis budget (ex Etap hotel).
