Gael LE LAY is in charge of hotel business line within AXA Real Estate, from deal sourcing, acquisition, asset management to exit strategy.
AXA Real Estate hotel portfolio represents more than €2 b of hotels under asset management (100 hotels and 15 000 rooms) in Western European countries.
Prior to joining AXA Real Estate, Gael LE LAY was hotel Development & Acquisitions manager within ACCOR group during 6 years.
He had also been working for ACCOR during 5 years, as Internal Audit Manager.
Gael holds an Executive MBA HEC.
