Peter advises on corporate aspects of structured finance transactions involving private equity, real estate finance and other financing structures. Peter also advises debt providers on corporate structuring/restructuring arrangements.

Peter has particular experience in the hotel sector, advising investors, funders and operators on corporate transactions. Peter advised Patron Capital on their acquisition of Generator Hostels and the joint venture with West Register as part of the acquisition of Jarvis Hotels.

Peter also advised Royal Bank of Scotland on their acquisition and disposal of a number of hotels, leading the advice on the disposals of the Principal Hotels group, the Waldorf, Cumberland and Grosvenor House Hotels.
