Christian is an Executive Director in Ernst & Young London's Transaction Advisory Services. He has specialised in Transactions and Restructurings since 1998 and has a particular focus on the hotels, leisure and retail sectors. He is responsible for much of Ernst & Young UK's thought leadership in the hotels sector, and specific projects where Christian has led the Ernst & Young team include the sale (ongoing) of the UK Marriott Blackheath portfolio, the refinancing of Hotel du Vin/Malmaison, the restructuring of Principal Hayley, the acquisition of MSREF's European InterContinental portfolio and the sale of Jurys Inns.
