Ryan Prince co-founded and oversees all European activities for the Realstar Group of companies which currently include:

· Realstar European Capital I LP, a €100 million pan European real estate opportunity fund focused on the hospitality, residential and alternative property sectors;

· LRG Holdings Limited, owner of a £1 billion portfolio of 61 Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels in which Realstar is the asset manager and co-owner with GIC Real Estate and another institutional investor; and

· Realstar Healthcare, owner of a diversified portfolio of government operated primary healthcare facilities throughout the UK.

Prior to Realstar, Ryan was the co-founder of iGabriel Ltd, an early stage venture capital firm which subsequently merged with Pi Capital.

Ryan has a BA in Commercial Studies from Huron College at the University of Western Ontario, Canada (Honours) and a post-graduate degree in business from the London School of Economics (Merit).
