Heather Saunders is a Director with Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany, specializing in hotel and resort real estate. Her experience in the hotel industry spans over 25 years and includes consulting and valuation, operations and training. Based in Germany since 1992, she has worked extensively throughout Europe for a broad range of domestic and international clients. Her areas of focus include transaction support, market research and feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, and valuation of hotel real estate. Ms. Saunders is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. She is married and has four children.
