An accomplished CEO, Sita brings more than 30 years experience to his position as President of IFA Investments. In this role, Sita drives the strategic direction of IFA Hotels & Resorts’ operational asset portfolio, ranging from YOTELs and five-star resorts to retail, F&B, vacation clubs and lifestyle ownership products.

Not even two year’s into existence, IFA HI has already made its mark on the Middle East, most notably due to Sita’s efforts in securing US$115 million in financing for its Fairmont Palm Jumeirah hotel project in Dubai. Another area of considerable focus for Sita is IFA HR’s investment in the 669-room YOTEL which opened this June in New York’s famous Times Square.
