Mark Wynne Smith is the Global CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, responsible for a team of over 280 hotel experts located in 20 countries worldwide.
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ services include corporate strategic, restructuring and transaction advice, equity and debt financing advice, management contract negotiation, asset management, project and development services, refurbishment contracting (through Tetris), valuation advice and market research.
In the past few years, Mark has had extensive involvement in the structuring and successful closing of a number of hotel portfolio sales.
Mark is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
