Peter Zenneck is Vice President Development – Europe and America for the Jumeirah Group, the dynamic Dubai based luxury hospitality group.

Peter joined Jumeirah in 2006 and is based in London.  His focus is on growing the portfolio of Jumeirah Group Hotels in Europe and the Americas primarily through management contracts. Jumeirah has fifteen hotels worldwide with properties in the UAE, UK, Germany, USA, China and the Maldives. The group will add six new hotels in the next twelve months including hotels in Turkey and Spain. 

Peter has over twenty five years of international hospitality and real estate experience having worked in Europe, Asia and the United States.  Prior to Jumeirah, Peter advised the Leading Hotel Fund, a joint venture between Leading Hotels of the World and Trinity Hotel Investors, on their European acquisitions.  Peter also enjoyed a twelve year career with Meridien Hotels and Resorts where he was Director of Worldwide Development and Vice President Development Asia Pacific.

Peter graduated from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and holds an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.  Peter is also part of the HVS alumni, having working in HVS New York office as an appraiser and consultant.
