Award-winning and internationally recognized hotelier for developing greenfield development and repositioning of luxury hotels and resorts for institutional investors and high net worth individuals. Grace is credited with pioneering the trend for design-led boutique hotels and is internationally recognized for her unique blend of artistic flair, luxury design and successful project management in multiple cultures and languages.
Her projects spans Europe, North America, South America, the Caribbean and Asia. She joined Swiss family office Ledunfly founded by Dona Bertarelli in July 2016, as CEO of their newly formed hospitality division. Grace founded her own hotel company in 1988, in addition to owning and operating two hotels in Paris. Her ability to troubleshoot businesses in difficulty and work with large teams to strict deadlines has resulted in numerous success stories. In 2014 Grace was brought in by Reignwood Investment U.K to manage a £350 million hotel and residential project named Ten Trinity Square in London City which opened January 2017 as the second Four Seasons in the City.
In addition, for 9 years she has been a member of the Executive Committee of Leading Hotels of the World and has won various international awards. Grace graduated from Cornell University and is fluent in English, French and Chinese.
