Marloes Knippenberg is CEO of International Hospitality Development at Kerten, responsible for the positioning and expansion of all of Kerten’s hospitality brands internationally.  These brands include two hotel groups, The House Hotels & residences (http://www.househotels.com), a portfolio of luxury boutique hotels which each tell their own story – and Kerten’s first Midscale hotel brand, Cloud7 Hotels (http://www.cloud7hotels.com), a new local-loving and innovative hub-hotel concept for the next-generation traveller where you can be as young as you feel. 

Marloes is also responsible for Kerten’s mixed-use developments combining hotels, residential, serviced offices and new-generation co-working spaces in both the luxury and midscale segments, which bring together such coveted brands as Cloud7 Hotels, The House Hotel, The House Residence, a branded residence solution for developers and owners alike, and Ouspace, an A-level serviced shared office concept.

Marloes started her career with Hilton’s award-winning fast track program, after which she held senior operational & commercial management positions for Hilton in Europe, Turkey and the Middle East. In 2013, Marloes left to become an entrepreneur. Testing the waters, she partnered with a Venetian Contessa and developed a line of Italian products for the American and Middle Eastern market. Following its success, she returned to hospitality where her heart and expertise lays.
