IHIF Awards

IHIF, in conjunction with the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), is delighted to introduce for the second year the 2010 IHIF Young Leader Award.   The winner of this prestigious award must be: under 35 years old; have worked in a hospitality-related field; completed a significant project for their hotel or organisation and be recognized by leaders, of their hotel or organisation, as an emerging leader and based in a European Country.  The award, plus Euro 1,000, will be presented to the winner on Wednesday, 10 March 2010 on a plenary session during the IHIF at the InterContinental Hotel Berlin.

J.W. (Bill) Marriott, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Marriott International, has been named the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 13th annual International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF).  The IHIF Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an individual who, over his or her lifetime, has made a significant difference in the hospitality industry by their actions, deeds, and great accomplishments.
