The IHIF Investment Den is an opportunity for developers to present their projects to a group of investors who are willing to "invest" in their development. The Investment Den will be hosted by Sir David Michels, Deputy Chairman, Marks & Spencers; Chairman Easyjet and Board Member of Strategic Hotels & Jumeirah Group. 
The panel of investors, acting as judges, are:

Ian Livingstone, Managing Director, London & Regional Properties

Susan Harmsworth, Chief Executive Officer, ESPA International

Edward Wojakovski, Group Chief Executive, Tonstate Group

Each of the panel of investors will be given IHIF20m equity each to invest in the presenter’s project(s) of his/her choice and the project that raises the most IHIF money* wins the competition!

*No real money changes hands and no investment takes place, presentations are for the purpose of the IHIF session only.  However details will be published in our IHIF on-site materials, should any investor decide it is a project for them!
